3. File Processing and Storage

Uploaded Files: When you upload PLY files, we temporarily store them in secure cloud storage to process your conversion requests. These files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Generated Files: DXF files generated from your uploads are stored for 30 days to allow you to download them. After this period, they are permanently deleted.

Processing: Your files are processed by automated systems. Our staff does not manually review or access your files unless required for technical support.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) to operate our platform
