3. Enterprise Data Privacy & Spatial AI Training Policy (The Dual Guarantee)

We adhere to enterprise-grade confidentiality standards tailored for architects, surveyors, and general contractors:

1. Confidentiality Guarantee

Raw laser scans, E57 files, LAS/LAZ point clouds, and proprietary architectural drawings remain 100% the customer's property. They will never be sold, publicly shared, distributed, or displayed in promotional or marketing materials without express, prior written opt-in from the customer.

2. Platform Training License

The customer grants the platform an anonymized, royalty-free, perpetual license to use derived abstract geometric graphs, spatial topologies, element classifications, and mathematical accuracy benchmarks internally to evaluate, validate, and train machine learning models and spatial AI algorithms. No client-identifying information or raw coordinate clouds are ever exposed.

4. File Processing and Storage

Uploaded Files: When you upload point cloud files (.las, .laz, .ply, .e57), we store them in encrypted, private cloud storage to process your conversion requests.

Generated Files: DXF, IFC and Revit (RVT) files generated from your uploads are stored securely to allow you to download and inspect them at any time from your account.

Engineering Review: For projects opting into the Engineer-Reviewed As-Built tier, files are reviewed by our engineering team to perform verification and geometry corrections.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except:

Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) to operate our platform
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Consent: When you explicitly consent to sharing
